Green splendour

Glimmering beneath the
'now golden, now mellowed,'
spread of the sun's rays,
a 'rolled up' green gift,
sways gently under
the influence of  a warm breeze,
hiding its mysterious interior.

Nature is busy...mimicking
a familiar stationery item -
chart paper.
